Alyssa holds a LL.M. in German Law from the University of Heidelberg and a Master’s Degree I and II in Social Security from the University of Montpellier.
She is fluent in French and English.

Alyssia joined Linklaters’ Employment practice in 2022, and has been advising on employment, social security and immigration law for nearly 10 years.
Prior to joining Linklaters, Alyssia has gained valuable professional experience in law firms in Luxembourg and in a group of Luxembourg companies. Since joining the firm, she has consistently supported clients and upheld the high standards of the practice.
Alyssia advises national and international companies on a wide range of transactions/issues in employment such as redundancies, social plans, restructurings, relocations, TUPE, HR audits, incentive schemes, global employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, remuneration policies, internal policies, disciplinary measures, day-to-day assistance to HR, and on all questions relating to social security and immigration.
She also represents employers before the courts in the event of litigation.
Alyssia is a member of the Employment Law Specialists Association.
