Andreas joined the Belgian corporate and finance practice in 2020 and was promoted to managing associate in 2026.

He specialises in corporate transactional work with a focus on M&A and private equity.

Gimv: advising on (i) the auction sale of Incendin, a company specialised in active and passive fire protection solutions to Straco, a Belgian investment firm and (ii) the acquisition of the Spice Factory Group from Gilde Equity Management.
Waterland: advising on its investment in X2O, the leading omni-channel retailer of visible bathroom equipment and furniture in the Benelux.
Hg Capital: advising on its investment in (i) team.blue, (ii) Silverfin and (iii) Clover and Induver.
Sofina: advising on its investment in (i) Collibra, a Belgian data governance company with headquarters in the US and (ii) Oviva, the European leader in digital healthcare solutions.
Verlinvest: advising on (i) its investment in Tom&Co and (ii) the sale of Valtech to BC Partners.
Edgard & Cooper: advising on its sale to US conglomerate General Mills.
Greiner: advising on all aspects of its public takeover bid on Recticel SA, including the sale of a stake of 22.6% in Recticel SA to Baltisse, a Belgian investment firm.
BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity Belgium: advising on its investment in the Konings group.
Strada Partners: advising on the acquisition of Tresco, the European leader in inland navigation software.
Orkila: advising on its investment in (i) FC Club Brugge and (ii) Image-Line, a music production software company.
Robur Capital: advising on the sale of Step-Up RGM, a global revenue growth management software and big data solutions vendor, to Kantar and Silver Tree.

Andreas holds a Master of Laws degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Antwerp.
