- Bayer: advising on the sale of a large part of its small molecules research business located in Berlin to Nuvisan as well as on-going corporate law advice.
- E.ON: advising on the takeover offer for the shares in innogy SE and on the spin-off and listing of Uniper SE.
- Porsche AG: advising on the acquisition of the remaining stake in MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH.
- Porsche Automobil Holding SE: advising on the acquisition of PTV Planung Transport Verkehr AG as well as on-going corporate and capital markets law advice.
- Qiagen: advising on the takeover by Thermo Fisher Scientific.
- thyssenkrupp: advice on the change of corporate form and the IPO of thyssenkrupp nucera AG & Co. KGaA as well as ongoing corporate and capital markets law advice.
