Anna Tamara is an associate in our financial sponsor team, focusing on all forms of downstream work with a specialised experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions.
She joined Linklaters in 2022 and has prior experience having worked at Linklaters from November 2020 to October 2021 as a trainee lawyer in the Corporate M&A and Labour Law department.
