Axelle holds a Master’s degree in International and European Business Law from the University of Manchester (United Kingdom), a first year of Master’s degree in Company Law and a double degree program focus on International and European Business Law from the University of Lorraine (France).
Axelle speaks French and English.
Axelle joined the Corporate M&A practice of Linklaters Luxembourg in 2018 and became Managing Associate in 2023.
She advises clients on corporate matters focusing on private equity and merger and acquisitions transactions, as well as implementation of management incentive plans.
In 2019, she was seconded to Apollo Global Management Inc for nine months, where she provided support to the Luxembourg team on corporate and funds matters.
