Aya joined Linklaters in 2017 as a Trainee Solicitor and began working as an Structured Finance Associate in 2019.
She is part of the London Legal innovation and efficiency committee.
Aya studied law at Clare College, University of Cambridge.

Aya is a managing associate in the structured finance team in London. She advises on a diverse range of financing solutions, with particular expertise in infrastructure and utilities, as well as real estate and mobility assets.
Aya acts for a broad range of corporates, lenders and sponsors, and spent time on secondment to the legal team at Thames Water. Aya spent two years as the first innovation lead for the firm's Global Capital Markets practice, designing and delivering the global practice’s innovation strategy and spearheading the design, testing and refinement of generative AI business cases in the firm.
She has worked in Linklaters’ London, Berlin, Frankfurt, and Tokyo offices, and speaks fluent English and French.
