Brice is a managing associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Corporate/M&A and Private Equity groups.

Prior to joining Linklaters, Brice spent two years working in London at Proskauer Rose LLP and four years working for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Willkie Farr and Gallagher.

Charterhouse-backed Funecap Group, on 250m acquisition of the Altair Group.
Warburg Pincus-backed Fortius Group, on 60m acquisition of Actradis.
Sagard, on 100m acquisition of Sterimed.
Elior Group, on 1.7bn divestment of Areas to PAI Partners.
PAI Partners, on 1.5bn Euro Ethnic Foods (Grand Frais) acquisition.
