Overview

Christy is a Managing Associate and candidate civil law notary in the Corporate practice in Linklaters’ Amsterdam office. She is notably involved in Document Automation, improving and coding templates and developing automated products for internal and external clients.

Work Highlights

Self-service client portal: providing clients’ in-house legal team with access to bespoke document generators.
Bulk drafting: producing over 450 documents at once by uploading an Excel spreadsheet containing various calculations and codes.
Bespoke internal generators: building bespoke generators for clients’ recurring projects such as equity issuances in connection with MIPs.

Beyond the Office

Christy joined the Linklaters Amsterdam office in 2016, after starting her career with another leading law firm. She is a member of the Royal Dutch Notarial Association.

Education and Qualifications

Christy obtained a master’s degree in Notarial Law from Utrecht University in 2014.

She speaks English and Dutch.
