Overview
Claire is a partner in the Luxembourg investment funds group, where she advises leading global and European asset managers and financial sponsors on the structuring, establishment and lifecycle management of Luxembourg investment funds and related investment platforms.
Her practice spans both regulated and unregulated fund structures, with strong track record across private credit, private equity, real estate and infrastructure. She regularly advises on fund platform design, co-investment structures and managed account solutions, and brings particular depth to matters involving UCITS, UCIs and ELTIFs.
She advises clients on product structuring, governance, regulatory developments and distribution-related matters that shape how products are brought to market and evolve over time.
Claire's ability to bridge private markets expertise and retail fund regulation places her at the forefront of a market increasingly defined by the convergence of alternative and traditional investment strategies.
