Daniel is a Partner in the Linklaters Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice in New York. He advises clients on complex, high-stakes disputes across products liability, insurance litigation, M&A litigation and general commercial disputes.
He has more than 25 years of experience handling all aspects of pretrial, trial and appellate work in state and federal courts, as well as numerous matters in international arbitration. Daniel also advises on civil and criminal regulatory matters and internal whistleblower investigations.

Pro bono experience
Daniel has an extensive pro bono practice, including representing victims of gun violence, together with the Brady Center, in claims against gun sellers.
He also represented a victim of domestic violence in a Hague Convention case that was successfully litigated in the US Supreme Court.
Daniel has a J.D. from Washington University School of Law (St Louis), where he served as notes editor of the Washington University Law Quarterly, was selected as one of the school’s three Honors Scholars and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
He also holds a B.A. from Tufts University.
