Dimitrij Voronov studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Munster. During his legal traineeship, he worked, inter alia, for another renowned international law firm in the area of dispute resolution.
Dimitrij completed his doctoral thesis on stock corporation law, receiving his doctorate in law (Dr. iur.).
He speaks German, English and Russian.
Dimitrij Voronov provides comprehensive advice to companies and groups of companies on corporate and capital market law as well as on national and international M&A transactions, restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate disputes.

Dimitrij Voronov has been working as a research associate in the Corporate/M&A practice area at Linklaters since 2016 and was appointed as an associate in 2022.
In 2023, he supported the Corporate & Finance Law team at E.ON SE as an external consultant for several months. In the same year, he worked on-site for Uniper SE for several months, supporting the Corporate Legal Affairs team on corporate and capital market law issues.
