Dorthe has specialised experience in tax-oriented organisation and structuring of M&A transactions, group restructurings, real estate transactions and tax disputes.
Transactions of significance where substantial involvement can be disclosed have included: Osram Group, Siemens Group, Swiss Re, Unilever Group, Linde Group, Zeppelin Group.
Beyond the Office
Dorthe has been working as a tax advisor since 2011. She joined Linklaters in 2011 and was appointed Managing Associate in 2015. In 2015, she completed a secondment in the Paris office and is currently on secondment in Luxembourg.
