Fabian is specialised on corporate and commercial law advice for international clients on domestic and international M&A transactions, joint ventures and restructurings. He is passionate about the hydrogen and datacentre sectors.

Work highlights

Transactions of significance where substantial involvement can be disclosed have included advising: 

  • BlackRock: advising on the acquisition of 50.1 percent in Mainova WebHouse forming a joint venture for the development of data centers in the Rhine/Main region
  • A US based data centre developer: advising on several hyperscale projects in the Rhine-Main area.
  • Unilever: advising on the sale of the tea business to CVC Partners
  • US investor: advising in connection with the development of data centers in the Rhine-Main region and Europe
  • AP Ventures: Financing round of Hydrogenious LOHC Technologies GmbH.
  • A number of major international banks: advising on their reorganisation in light of and in preparation for Brexit.
  • Unilever: advising on the separation of its baking, cooking and spreads business and on the subsequent sale to KKR.
  • A French premium drinks conglomerate: advising on the divestment from its German distribution joint-venture.

Beyond the Office
