Experience
- Polaris Management A/S: Advising Polaris on its investment into a strategic partnership with Valtus, an international leader in the executive interim management market.
- Con Moto Consulting Group: advisory services in connection with the sale of its German, Slovak and US consulting business.
- Holcim: Acquisition of Xella, a European market leader in sustainable and innovative walling systems, from US-based private equity investor Lone Star.
Beyond the Office
Fabian has been working as an Associate at Linklaters since 2025. He previously worked as a research assistant and trainee lawyer at Linklaters.
During his elective stage, he spent three months in Linklaters' Stockholm office.
He is a member of the Munich Bar Association.
