Overview
Florence joined Linklaters Luxembourg in 2011 and worked in both our Paris and Frankfurt offices. Over the last 13 years she has gained invaluable experience in the corporate and M&A practices, has built up strong relationships with key clients of the firm and has become their trusted advisor.
As a partner in the Luxembourg Linklaters corporate and M&A practice, she advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters with a particular emphasis on private equity transactions as well as corporate restructurings, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Florence has a specific focus on the German market, working closely with the German Linklaters offices.
Experience
Florence's recent experience includes:
- Deutsche Beteiligungs AG: setting up of their Luxembourg office involving all facets of work as structuring, licencing, corporate and portfolio migration.
- Deutsche Beteiligungs AG: advising on the Luxembourg aspects of all their acquisitions and exits in Germany and Italy (over 40 investments) and most recently on:
- AVRIO Energie Gas, a biogas platform
- ProMik Programmiersysteme für die Mikroelektronik GmbH, a leading global provider of programming and testing solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry
- Syndication of ProMik
- AOE GmbH, a leading agile software development provider
- Technische Bau Dienstleistungen GmbH & Co. KG, a leading critical infrastructure construction service provider
- Apax Partners: advising on the acquisition of Zellis, a provider of payroll and human capital management solutions.
- Apax Partners: advising on the acquisition of WGSN, specialising in consumer trend forecasting.
- Montagu Private Equity: advising on their acquisition of Waystone Group (including in Luxembourg).
- thyssenkrupp: advising on the reinvestment of thyssenkrupp in the context of the €17.2bn sale of its elevator business to a consortium led by Advent and Cinven.
