Florian Kopp advises public and private sector clients on public commercial and regulatory law. His practice focuses on international M&A transactions and strategic projects in highly regulated sectors, including healthcare and life sciences, telecommunications and digital infrastructure, as well as defence and security.
Florian studied law at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and at the University of Political Science & Law in Chongqing (China).
He also completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law und Economic Law.
Florian has been working at Linklaters since 2023 as Associate.
He speaks German, English and Spanish.
