In the technology sector, Francesca advises on investigations and engagement with international regulators, including on privacy and data protection, online safety, AI and consumer protection. She is one of the firm’s online safety specialists and advises clients on engaging with Ofcom on the Online Safety Act and the European Commission on the Digital Services Act.
