Frank’s practice covers a broad range of banking work, including leveraged finance buy-outs, acquisition finance and other structured event-driven financings. All of his transactions involve a cross-border aspect, with a geographic focus on mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and other Asian regions.

Education and Qualifications

Frank obtained his B.A. in Jurisprudence from University of Oxford, Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from City University of Hong Kong, and Bachelor of Law from China University of Politics and Law.

He speaks Mandarin, English and conversational Cantonese.

Country of admission: Solicitor of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region; Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales; passed the State Judicial Examinations of China in 2004.
