Hirofumi specialises in derivatives and structured products transactions. He has advised domestic and international investment banks, industrial associations and clearing houses on structured products and derivatives with various classes of underlying assets, as well as on the financial regulations related thereto.
Hirofumi was previously seconded to the legal departments at two leading investment banks. He worked for approximately one year in our Hong Kong office and returned to the Tokyo office in May 2022.
Education and Qualifications
Hirofumi studied law at Chuo University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Keio University Law School, in 2013.
