Hwan represents leading financial institutions and other lenders, arrangers, agents and borrowers in a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance deals. Hwan has experience with various finance transactions in connection with commercial real estate financing and corporate financing for both syndicated and bilateral transactions.

Experience

• Valley Holdings Inc: advising Bank of America, N.A., as joint lead arranger and administrative agent, in connection with a US$100m refinancing transaction.
• [Prior Experience] Representing leading financial institutions in connection with syndicated loans to various restaurant and hotel franchisees and operators of convenience and gas facilities
• Advising Lilly Retirement Plan Master Trust and its lending subsidiary in connection with a real estate financing transaction
