Jeroen is a tax partner in our Amsterdam office specialising in Dutch domestic and international taxation. He advises multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity firms on a broad range of transactions, with a particular focus on M&A, private equity transactions, structured finance, capital markets transactions and investment fund structuring. He combines deep technical knowledge with a practical, commercially focused approach, helping clients navigate the tax aspects of strategically important transactions and investment structures.
