Universal-Beteiligungs- und Servicegesellschaft mbH: advising on its indirect acquisition of the entire issued share capital of European Fund Administration S.A., a Luxembourg-based central administration services provider regulated by the CSSF.
DIF Infrastructure IV Coöperatief U.A. und Électricité de France S.A.: advising the Dutch infrastructure funds DIF Infrastructure IV Coöperatief U.A. and DIF IV Co-Invest C.V. and the investment arm of the French multinational utility company Energie de France S.A. on the sale of their joint 100% ownership stake in Thyssengas, a major German gas transmission system operator.

Education and Qualifications

Johannes studied law at the Philipps University of Marburg and the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, where he also completed his doctorate.
