Juliane studied law at the University of Münster and the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil). She also completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Catholic University of Portugal.
She has been practicing law at Linklaters since 2023.
She speaks German, English and Portuguese.
Juliane specialises in advising international companies on the employment law aspects of complex cross-border transactions. Her work spans the full transaction lifecycle, from conducting multi-jurisdictional due diligence and coordinating information and consultation processes with employee representative bodies, to advising on global carve-outs, business transfers, and the negotiation and drafting of transaction documentation.
