Beyond the Office

Kailyn maintains an active pro bono practice, including work on: 

  • an American Civil Liberties Union Justice Lab discriminatory policing case representing individuals seeking to vindicate their constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures and
  • a case working with the Human Rights Campaign to challenge a discriminatory “bathroom bill” restricting the rights of trans children.
 

Education, Qualifications and Languages

Kailyn completed her B.A. in History and German (magna cum laude) at the University of Georgia in 2017. She continued her studies at the University of Michigan Law School, attaining her J.D. in 2022.
