Katherine Brisson

Overview

Katherine Brisson is an associate in the Linklaters’ Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice in New York. Prior to joining the firm, she was a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Margaret M. Garnett of the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York and to the Hon. Robert D. Mariani of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and she was an associate at an international law firm.

• Johnson & Johnson: representing as plaintiff asserting claims for tortious interference with contract and deceptive trade practices arising out of the alleged misappropriation of patient assistance funds. 

• Pharmaceutical client: advising on potential contract liability and confidentiality obligations related to sale of a new therapy.

• Individual: representing a former pharmaceutical executive in an investigation and potential prosecution by the United States Department of Justice.
