Kendall Pauley

Overview

Kendall is a senior associate at Linklaters’ Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice in New York. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters, including contract, antitrust, adversary bankruptcy proceedings, and regulatory investigations involving the DOJ and SEC. Prior to joining the firm, he was a litigation associate at an international law firm, where he also completed a secondment at the Litigation, Regulatory Enforcement and Investigations department of a leading global investment bank.

Experience*

• An international financial institution: representing in a US$3 billion dispute involving allegations of RICO conspiracy and fraud.
• An international manufacturing conglomerate: representing an Asia-based manufacturer in a high-stakes commercial contract, trademark, and licensing dispute.
• Samsung SDI: successfully represented in multidistrict litigation concerning allegations of an antitrust conspiracy, obtaining a judgment dismissing certain indirect purchaser claims of over US$200 million.
