Siemens Healthineers: Advising on the acquisition of Novartis’ cancer diagnostics chemicals business.
an international conglomerate specialized in HVAC solutions: advising on the international reorganisation of a branch of the conglomerate.
an international airport operator: advising on the renegotiation of the terminal operation terms between the operator and the owner of an airport terminal.
an international group that specializes, among other things, in vehicle inspection: advice in the context of a tender process for the award of a vehicle inspection concession.
Allianz Direct: advising on the acquisition of iptiQ by Swiss Re’s European and Casualty business.

Beyond the Office

Laetitia joined Linklaters in September 2020 and became Managing Associate in 2025.

Prior to joining our German Corporate/M&A practice, she was an Associate in our Luxembourg office and also spent six months in our Capital Markets & Banking practice.

Education, Qualifications and Languages

Laetitia studied German and French law at the Universities of Metz and Dijon in France. She also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Mainz. She is admitted to the French, German and Luxembourg Bars as a French lawyer ("Avocate").

She speaks German, English and French.
