Work Highlights
- Hensoldt AG: advising the banking syndicate on the €1.8bn refinancing that saw the company move from a secured LBO financing structure to an unsecured, investment-grade financing.
- HomeToGo: advising on the purchase of Interhome (a business unit of Hotelplan Group) from Migros and the acquisition financing of the transaction.
- Montagu: advising on the sale of a significant minority stake in portfolio company Universal Investment to Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments).
- Apax Partners: advising on the acquisition of Rodenstock Group by Compass Partners.
- Wiener Stadtwerke GmbH: advising a syndicate of international banks, which was coordinated by UniCredit Bank Austria, on a debut revolving syndicated facilities for Wiener Stadtwerke.
- VTG: advising the leading international wagon hire and rail logistics company on the €2.9bn refinancing of their existing bank facilities.
- Vodafone (OXG Glasfaser GmbH and Altice): advising on the financing in the amount of up to €4.6bn on the expansion of fibreglass infrastructure in Germany.
