Lea joined Linklaters as an Associate in 2021. Lea advises national and international clients in all aspects of corporate law and in the context of national and international M&A transactions. She also has particular expertise in providing legal advice to clients involved in highly contentious shareholder disputes.

Education and Qualifications
Lea studied law and business at EBS University in Wiesbaden and Université Paris-Dauphine. She completed her business studies with a Master in Business degree (M.A.).
She speaks German, English and French.
