Overview

Lisa specialises in dispute resolution in national and international intellectual property law as well as advising on complex national and international transactions. She advises on all questions of intellectual property rights, in particular on patent, trademark and copyright law. Lisa negotiates for her clients extensive license agreements and is also active in competition and distribution law.

A globally leading LED manufacturer: Advising on the enforcement of several patents of its core patent portfolio against competitors in a cross-border patent litigation (United States, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy)
A globally leading pharmaceutical manufacturer: Representing the client in a global enforcement action of a patent for a new blockbuster class of HIV combination therapy.
Volkswagen: Advising on the IPOs of Porsche AG and TRATON SE.
STADA: Advising on the acquisition of a European consumer healthcare portfolio from Sanofi.
Groupe Bruxelles Lambert: Advising on the acquisition of the majority stake in Canyon Bicycles.
Daimler: Advising on the IPO of Daimler Truck Holding AG.
Altana AG: Advising on the acquisition of the Closure Compund Business of Henkel AG & Co. KGaA.
Reliance Industries: Advising on the investment in NexWafe GmbH.
An operator of a leading global online marketplace: Advising in a large number of cross-border trademark and copyright disputes.
A manufacturer of high-quality cosmetic products: Advising on the implementation of a distribution system as well as in other trademark and competition law disputes.

Beyond the Office

Lisa joined Linklaters in 2018.

She is a member of Deutsche Vereinigung für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht (German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).

Education and Qualifications

Lisa studied law at the University of Freiburg i.Br. and at the University of Saarbrücken. During her legal traineeship, she worked, inter alia, in a leading international law firm in the corporate/IP sector.

She speaks German and English.
