Luise has joined Linklaters in 2012 and was appointed Associate in 2017. She has been a Managing Associate since 2021. She has spent considerable time working in the Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, London and Munich offices.
Luise studied law at the Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf, where she later also obtained her doctorate.
Luise provides national and international clients with expert guidance on a spectrum of corporate law issues across different sectors. Her practice at Linklaters encompasses advising on private M&A transactions and global group restructurings. An additional focus of her advisory lies on corporate governance consultancy, including compliance, crisis management, director’s liability, as well as furnishing management and supervisory boards with robust legal opinions and judicious business judgment advice. Luise is the author of various judicial publications, focusing mainly on corporate governance and internal investigations issues.
Luise is part of the Linklaters ESG Group and is particularly adept at navigating the evolving landscape of ESG, including guidance on the German Supply Chain Act as well as the reporting obligations under the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
