Maike is a managing associate in our global Dispute Resolution practice and based in Munich. She specializes in dispute resolution in complex national and international commercial disputes, including litigation, in particular mass action proceedings under the Capital Investor Model Case Act, as well as white collar criminal law advice and the conduct of internal investigations.
Prior to joining Linklaters, Maike has most recently advised inter alia on the following cases:

Maike joined Linklaters in 2021. Prior to joining Linklaters, she worked as a lawyer in the Corporate & Commercial Ligation practice of a boutique law firm in Munich since 2019.
She is a member of the DIS40 - initiative for young arbitration practitioners in Germany (DIS40 – Deutsche Initiative junger Schiedsrechtler).
