Malak is a Managing Associate in the Litigation, Investigations and Arbitration team in London. She has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial disputes and investigations, with a particular emphasis on crisis situations and public law matters. Malak has played a key role in several high-profile disputes and investigations across a wide-range of sectors including media, sports, transportation, construction, and technology. Her work regularly supports clients through significant reputational and commercial risks.

She has completed secondments at the BBC and with a major technology company, gaining valuable in-house perspective and a deep understanding of the practical and strategic pressures clients face. Malak is known for her pragmatic, client-focused approach, and strong problem-solving skills.

Education and qualifications

Malak holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Economics (majoring in International Business Transactions and Money & Banking) from the University of Western Australia. She also holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
