Overview
Marit joined Linklaters in July 2025 as an associate in the Dutch corporate M&A practice. She supports Dutch and international clients on a wide spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers and day to day corporate advisory work across a variety of sectors.
Education, Qualifications and Languages
Marit holds a Bachelor of Laws from Maastricht University and an LL.M in Corporate Law from VU Amsterdam.
She speaks fluent Dutch and English and is a member of the Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse orde van advocaten) in Amsterdam.
