Mark’s clients have included Cerberus, GIP, Macquarie, a leading global investment banking company, Morgan Stanley and as well as infrastructure and utility companies (including Thames Water), banks and financial institutions across the UK and Europe. He has broad experience across business and asset life-cycles from green-field, acquisition, re-structuring (including court-based processes and the latest experience of UK RPs) and transformation to (re-)financing and sale.
Mark advises across the full spectrum of financing and investments, including derivatives, equity and hybrid equity, private placements, public bonds, securitisation, specialty and distressed lending, derivatives, securitisation and whole-business securitisation. He is unique in his experience of complex interrelated problems and ability to advise across the full breadth of asset-life and products combined with his understanding of the impact of regulation and the political environment.
