Maximilian has specialised experience advising on corporate mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures as well as general corporate law advice.
Additionally, as a senior member of Linklaters' Digital Economy Group as well as the German Tech Sector, Maximilian is an expert in digital transformation.

Maximilian studied law at Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg and later received his doctorate from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. During his doctoral studies and his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, he worked for three years as a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law.
He is fluent in German and English.
