Michal specialises in advising on capital markets law, with a focus on structured finance, in particular true sale and synthetic securitisations (SRT) and other secured or unsecured financings of various asset classes, as well as bonds and Schuldschein loans.

Michal joined Linklaters in 2025 as an Associate.
Before joining Linklaters, he worked in the banking and capital markets practice group of a Magic Circle law firm in Frankfurt, in a boutique law firm specialising in corporate and capital markets law in Mannheim and in an international law firm specialising in banking regulatory law in Warsaw.
