Michal studied German law and economics and gained a doctorate in law at the University of Mannheim.
He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe.
He speaks German, English and Polish.
Michal advises capital markets law, with a particular focus on structured finance, including true sale and synthetic securitisations (SRT) and other secured or unsecured financings across a range of asset classes, and bonds, high-yield bonds and Schuldschein loans. He also advises on supply chain finance structures.
Michal joined Linklaters in 2025 as an Associate.
Before joining Linklaters, he worked in the banking and capital markets practice group of a Magic Circle law firm in Frankfurt, in a boutique law firm specialising in corporate and capital markets law in Mannheim and in an international law firm specialising in banking regulatory law in Warsaw.
