Morgane is a Managing Associate in our Corporate M&A practice.
She advises international companies, private equity and real estate funds in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, complex international corporate restructurings, corporate finance and transactional business law. Morgane has gained a valuable professional experience in an international law firm in Luxembourg.
Experience
- Victory Advisors: assisting in the divestment of the group of Belgian and Luxembourg VEREF companies owning the Manhattan Centre located Avenue du Boulevard 21 in 1210 Brussels to a new recap fund.
- A Luxembourg shipping company: advising two large credit institutions on the financing of one heavy lift jack-up vessel for a market leader in dredging and maritime works, including a portion of the financing through a joint-venture entity.
- Triton Partners: advising on the sale of four portfolio companies in Triton Fund IV to a newly formed investment vehicle, Triton IV Continuation Fund, which closed at €1.63 billion.
