Nadav is an Associate in Linklaters’ Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice in New York.

Experience

• Technology Company: successfully litigated a trade secrets misappropriation claim in Virginia State Court.  The jury awarded the client over $2 billion in damages.  The case is currently on appeal.
• Law Firm Defense: represented a leading international law firm in a $500 million legal malpractice claim, securing a favorable resolution for the client.   
• Pharmaceutical Company: successfully defended a large drug manufacturer in a multi-million dollar arbitration concerning royalty payments.
• Monoline Insurer: pursued breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims against a financial institution arising out of the 2008 Financial Crisis.  Resulting in a favorable resolution for the client.

• Pro Bono: successfully defended a client accused of trade secrets misappropriation and defamation in the Southern District of New York.

  Prior to joining the firm, Nadav was a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) and practiced at a New York law firm.
