Nick joined Linklaters as an Associate in 2025.
Nick studied law at the University of Düsseldorf and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law in Hamburg. During his legal clerkship, he held positions at international law firms in the areas of M&A and Dispute Resolution.
He speaks German and English.
Nick is specialised in international and national data protection law, IT law, and the regulation of new technologies, in particular Artificial Intelligence and digital platforms. He has particular expertise in key European regulatory frameworks such as the AI Act and the Data Act. Nick advises clients on complex technology and digitalisation projects, including software licensing, cloud solutions, and outsourcing transactions. He also regularly accompanies M&A transactions from a data protection, IT, and technology law perspective.
