Overview
Pam is the Global Head of US Capital Markets and the Global Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at Linklaters. A leading capital markets lawyer, she has led the teams on many of the firm’s most complex cross-border transactions, working across the US, European and Asian markets. She advises clients on the full lifecycle of equity capital markets activities, from late-stage fundraising through to IPOs and secondary capital raisings, as well as on debt offerings and liability management transactions.
Pam is recognised as a leading lawyer in her field by Chambers, Legal 500 (Hall of Fame) and IFLR. In 2025, she was named Equity Capital Markets Lawyer of the Year EMEA by Women in Business Law.

- the underwriters on the €13.7bn IPO of Verisure and its listing on Nasdaq Stockholm
- the underwriters on the £1.92bn IPO of Shawbrook and its listing on the London Stock Exchange
- the underwriters on the €2bn IPO of Hacksaw AB and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm
- the underwriters on the €785m IPO of Ferrari Group and listing on Euronext Amsterdam
