Peter holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School in New York and a Maîtrise en Droit from the University of Paris I, the Sorbonne. He also holds an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.
Peter is a Partner in the London Leveraged Finance team. He focuses on cross-border leveraged finance transactions.
Peter represents banks, private credit lenders, hedge funds, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers across the capital structure.
Peter has been recognised by Chambers for several years for his expert handling of cross-border financings and is listed as a ‘Leading Partner’ in Legal 500’s rankings.
