Pierre is co-head of the firm’s automobile sector and has significant experience in the pharma sector.

AptarGroup Inc: on their acquisition of a c. 64% stake in Voluntis (Euronext Growth) to be followed by a public tender offer on the company
Tor Investment: advising on the appropriation of the shares in Baccarat and subsequent tender offer and squeeze-out.
Holcim on the merger with Lafarge
CGG, a leading geosciences services provider on one of the largest ever restructurings of a French listed company
CGG in the defence against the unsolicited offer made by Technip
Linamar Corporation on the public tender offer for all the outstanding shares of Montupet
PSA Peugeot Citroën on the strategic alliance with Mahindra & Mahindra of the PSA Peugeot Citroën scooter business
Casino Guichard-Perrachon on the €1bn disposal of its Vietnamese business operations

Beyond the Office

Pierre is a member of the board of directors of Réseau Etincelle, a charity that activates the entrepreneurial mindset for school leavers without qualifications.

Education and Qualifications

Pierre studied law on a joint degree programme run by Paris Sorbonne University and the University of Cologne, obtaining a master’s in law. He also holds a postgraduate degree in law at University of Paris and a LLM degree from Duke University, U.S.

Pierre speaks English, French and German.
