Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the University of Oxford. She completed her GDL and LPC at the University of Law in Moorgate, London.

Rebecca is a Partner in the Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations team in London. Rebecca has a broad financial and commercial disputes practice, including public and private debt disputes, securitisation disputes and shareholder claims. In recent years, Rebecca has advised leading investment banks, issuers, private equity portfolio companies and distressed corporates.
She also specialises in ESG litigation and advisory work, often working in cross-practice and cross-border teams to advise multinational clients from a range of sectors including financial services, energy and commodities.
In addition to working in the firm’s London office, Rebecca has spent time working in the firm’s offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. Her experience also includes secondments to a global investment bank and a multinational oil and gas company.

A global financial institution: advising an escrow agent on potential liability risk from mistaken payments.
Other commercial disputes
A multinational telecommunications company: acting in its successful defence of litigation proceedings alleging collusion between multiple UK-based network operators and their European parent entities.
ESG disputes and contentious advisory
A variety of multinational and leading corporates: advising on emerging ESG litigation and enforcement risks.
Rebecca has previously undertaken a secondment to Credit Suisse’s Litigation & Investigations team in Hong Kong.
Rebecca is co-lead of the firm’s Banking Litigation blog (BankingLitigationLinks), which reports on cases of interest in the banking litigation sector. She is also part of the ESG Disputes working group, which collaborates with other practices across the firm to track and inform clients about key ESG developments.
