Rebecca is a Managing Associate in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations team in London, specialising in complex litigation and investigations.
She has particular experience advising in relation to contentious tech matters including relating to online safety, AI, privacy and data protection, cybersecurity and competition issues. She acts for clients in relation to significant and high-profile group litigation, including funded litigation, and she also advises on strategically important regulatory and investigations matters. Rebecca is one of the firm’s experts on online safety and regularly advises clients on matters concerning the UK’s Online Safety Act and interactions with Ofcom.
More broadly, she has significant experience advising in relation to crisis management and investigations, including complex cross-border investigations. Rebecca has spent time on secondment in-house to a global social media platform.
