Sara Luzzatto

Sara is an associate in the Corporate/M&A group in Linklaters’ New York office. She has experience advising clients on a variety of cross-border transactions, including both public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, as well as on entity formation and general corporate governance.

As a Summer Associate, Sara worked in the U.S. High Yield/Leveraged Finance group in Linklaters’ London office.

While in law school, Sara was a legal intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance, as well as with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Commercial Law Development Program.

Sara holds a Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from American University Washington College of Law, where she was a staff member of the American University Law Review. She received her B.A. in International Relations from King’s College London.

Sara is fluent in French and Italian.
