Sílvia Pinheiro Esteves is a Managing Associate in the Corporate department of the Lisbon office.
Sílvia advises domestic and international clients on the full spectrum of corporate, M&A, and real estate transactions, with substantial experience structuring complex deals involving both share and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganisations. She is particularly experienced in transactions where the underlying asset is real estate, including the acquisition and sale of commercial property, real estate M&A, and all associated due diligence. Sílvia frequently advises on the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts, commercial leases, and other real estate arrangements, as well as on corporate governance matters and general commercial agreements. She regularly works alongside multidisciplinary teams to support clients on every stage of transactions, ensuring effective management of legal risk and commercial objectives.
Sílvia holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, a master’s degree in Corporate Law from the Catholic University of Portugal, and a post-graduate specialisation in Labour Law and Social Security from the Institute for Labour Law at the University of Lisbon.
She has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2016 and is fluent in Portuguese and English.
