Sinead studied law at Trinity College Dublin. She also holds diplomas in corporate law and governance, and employment law from the Law Society of Ireland.

Sinead is highly regarded for her expertise – spanning executive appointments and terminations, investigations, and employment aspects of M&A deals. Sinead has particular experience in crisis management mandates, guiding clients through complex HR challenges. She is also an experienced litigator, with a robust track record in defending high-value claims such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract.
Sinead has recently been named as one of IEL’s Women Leaders 2025.
Sinead is a frequent commentator in the media on employment issues and has appeared on Women’s Hour and the Economist Film and been quoted in multiple trade and press publications talking about topical issues including employment issues arising from AI and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
