Tabea is an Associate in the Capital Markets practice in Frankfurt am Main. She has specialist experience in capital markets law and advises banks and companies on bond issuances, including hybrid bonds, regulatory capital instruments of banks and insurance companies, and equity-linked transactions, as well as on liability management transactions.
Tabea joined Linklaters in 2024.
Tabea studied Law at the University of Gießen. She first joined Linklaters in 2021 as a research assistant, later returning as a legal trainee in Frankfurt and New York. She completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main and in New York.
She speaks German and English.
