Thalea Dreke specialises in litigation relating to intellectual property rights, both in enforcing such rights and in defending against allegations of infringement. Her practice focuses on patent and competition disputes. She also practises in the areas of trade mark and copyright law and advises on transactions relating to intellectual property rights.
Thalea has been working at Linklaters since 2025.
She studied law in Heidelberg (Ruprecht-Karls-Universität) and Thessaloniki (Aristoteles University).
